From 19 June 2026, the EU requires every online store selling to consumers to offer a clear way to withdraw from a purchase – directly on the website. Returns and Withdrawals meets these requirements with a built-in withdrawal button that’s available to both logged-in customers and guest shoppers throughout the withdrawal period.
The plugin handles the entire flow as required by the directive: the customer locates the relevant order, then goes through a two-step process (click + confirm) and automatically receives a confirmation with the date and time.

You choose whether the customer can buy return shipping through your store or arrange shipping themselves. If you also have Krokedil Shipping Connector installed, a shipping label is generated automatically when the customer buys return shipping through the store.
You also decide whether the shipping cost from the original order should be refunded – and, if so, whether it should be offset against the cost of the return shipping.

Using product tags, you can easily control which products can’t be returned – for example custom-made products or downloadable files.
