Krokedil will never be completely closed during the holidays, but we will have a somewhat slower pace. This means that there will be slightly longer response times in, among other things, support. But we will take everything in turn and aim for as short response times as possible.
Just like 2020, 2021 was a year that was not like any other year, but we at Krokedil can note that our industry has been spared from the worst even this year. Something we do not take for granted at all, but welcome of course.
During the year we’ve gotten new partnerships with Briqpay, Zimpler, Airmee and Wasa Kredit among others, as well as developed our own Partial Delivery för WooCommerce plugin.
We’re also happy that we have new partners we will work with the coming year, so keep an eye on our site or our social media outlets.
The biggest news for products in 2021, however, is that we have taken the next step with our SaaS product Kroconnect – something those of you that follow us on Facebook or Instagram probably have noted in the past few weeks.
The fact that the Krokedil family has grown further with new employees is also something that has been very appreciated.
