Billmate AB, Invoice Finance AB and Invoice collect AB have merged under one brand – Qvickly.
This means that our plugin also have changed names and are now called Qvickly Checkout for WooCommerce and Qvickly Order Management for WooCommerce.
The three companies with headquarters in Malmö have since the start in 2003 shared ownership but operationally functioned as three companies with their own brands, technical solutions and personnel. Through the merger, the three companies become one and can now offer customers checkout, debt collection and invoice purchase under the same roof.
“Our goal has always been to make it easier to get paid and to create customized payment solutions together with our customers. Our mission is still as relevant as when we started, but over the years technology has had to take up more and more space. It has become more ‘tech’ and less ‘nice’, so to speak,’ says Lena Martini, CEO.
Already today, the companies are merging under the name Qvickly and can be found at qvickly.io
